So how does everyone here change their oil. Just run the front up on ramps?

Default Its been posted before that it gives some degree of protection against small road hazards like

stones, etc. AND there was a post long ago that someone actually measured engine temps with and without the belly pan and WITH the pan gives the car better cooling properties. Once you get used to it, you should be able to get it off in a couple of minutes. Use a quarter to loosen the plastic fasteners in the wheel wells, instead of a screwdriver - its a lot easier in those tight spaces.

Default Yes. The oil pan isn't very strong, its a *bad* idea to run without it.

It also screws up the air flow in the engine bay.
