So how's Alex treating my baby? Any more damage since the raccoon incident?

Default You should be nodding instead:-)

Just hit 100k miles on a road trip back and forth to Laguna Seca. Remember the car had 71k miles on it when I bought it, that was only 10 months ago, I've racked up some miles.

The typical haunts, CV boots, control arms, timing belt/water pump... She's ticking right along.

Now fortified with Alcon 14", Track Sport 500/650, 4:1 Torsen, center muffler delete with v-band, RS4 front bumper, RS4 air leather steering wheel and ****, the must have hardwired V1

The racoon was a rough one, bumper, radiator, condensor, fans... All replaced with new parts. Cracked an OZ in SF, replaced with a new wheel.

I don't have any really recent pictures however, though they would never be Rob O. quality so I'd be toast posting them.

Nice BMW, needs Alcons and Ohlins

PS. I don't have hippy hair anymore!

Default Hey Rob! Looks gorgeous! I love the contour of the CH's on the rear wheels.

Much more curve inwards than on mine. *stupid BMW & their low offsets*

Default Damn... Just hit a raccoon this morning....

Fortunately it was a juvenile and was already dead... I was in a hurry on the way to work and didn't have very much following distance to the truck in front of me... He drove right over it, and I only had a split second where I saw the thing right in the middle of the road, not even enough time to react before it thump-thumped under the body of the car. Fortunately it looks like there's no damage, I can't even see any blood and guts under there...

Default Good to hear that she's at least treated to the good go-fast stuff as reward for being driven hard.

I've only put 10k miles on the M since January, including 2,800 on just the trip back from picking 'er up ... so you must be driving the **** out of MADWAGN.

Like I said, best car I've ever owned (and the longest-owned vehicle out of the more than 20 that have been in my garage at one point or another).

Would love to see some recent pics ... regardless of quality. ;-)

Default Don't get me started ... I'm only now settling down over that BS!

Did you buy a bike yet? :-)
