I say since you like the car so much...
Keep it and start saving for a new set of turbo's just in case yours go. Hell if you drive it nice, and only get on it every now and then, your turbos could last a long time.
Otherwise, it will be tough to find a car in this price range with as much power and luxury as the S4.
