Default So to the mechanic who overfilled my engine oil by 2 liters, what can I say is damaged?

Just the overall wear, he doesnt believe that.

I say it was caused by being overfilled, crank caused oil to foam, definately was lacking lube then some places?

For crying out loud , theres a reason it says dont overfill with an exclamation point..

Im trying to get him to fix something here.

All help appreciated thanks guys

Default nothing damaged that I can tell, jsut burning oil smell in air con that wont go away even after

properly leveling it..

I drove about 500 miles with the extra 2 liters.. some guys were earlier saying this caused an amount of premature wear on my car, but I need to have a firm reason of why this is, if I plan on swaying my mechanic for some consideration on my bill today

Short of taking things apart, sounds like it could be hard to prove

I doubt it'd cause premature wear. That'd be incredibly hard to prove as well.
