So to the mechanic who overfilled my engine oil by 2 liters, what can I say is damaged?

Just the overall wear, he doesnt believe that.
I say it was caused by being overfilled, crank caused oil to foam, definately was lacking lube then some places?
For crying out loud , theres a reason it says dont overfill with an exclamation point..
Im trying to get him to fix something here.

properly leveling it..
I drove about 500 miles with the extra 2 liters.. some guys were earlier saying this caused an amount of premature wear on my car, but I need to have a firm reason of why this is, if I plan on swaying my mechanic for some consideration on my bill today
