Default How much overlap is there from the steel gasket? It won't be ideal but it would work...

those ports are plenty big - maybe mill the gasket down slightly, to the ridge perhaps. That should keep it sealed.

Or, get ASP or Vast to cut you some 5mm resin spacers and have them o ringed around the ports, each side. A lot of trouble but they would match and provide heat isolation. A thought.

the bead is comprimised on several ports. this is hand done, very esoteric, each port is unique . .

is the viton gasket a no go......or are you waiting still to see if it will work?

Sux. Well, sandwich some 5mm resins with black permatex it and keep fingers x-ed.

yeah . . . not really into crossing fingers . . . plus 5mm is too big

Default Right... but the gaskets are the original fittment issue...

that and the tall Vast spacers will cause the RS4 Y to whack the hood.
