Default So what would you do?...

I've got a set of 235/35/19 Kuhmo MX's on my summer rims, but I had blowout in one of them. The tires have some wear, but def have some tread left on them (I don't know how many miles they have on them). I really don't want to buy a whole new set of tires because
a. I like these tires,
b. a whole new set of 4 tires is way expensive when unnecessary,
c. I hate the idea of wasting 3 perfectly good tires by having them just sit around, and it'd be a pain to sell them (if possible at all).

So I've been looking around for the same tire used. I called everyone locally, and looked online too.

Now I can get a brand new one, but the possible ill effects and how detrimental they really are has been debated back and forth forever.

I just need some simple advice, what would you do if you were in my situation?

Buy a new one and find a shop that will shave it down to the same tread depth as the others

What about just buying 2 new tires and keeping the used 5th tire as a spare?

Default how much tread is on the tires? You can always buy one new tire and have it

shaved to match the tread remaining on the others.

I would buy 2 and put them on the back. Save the third as a spare.

I know there is an issue with F-versus-R and I think I generally say it wrong.
