Seriously, if you've worked on suspension before, it's not that bad. I used the guides in the Tech section and didn't run into any major problems. The part that took the longest was getting those painted rubber grommets out without disfiguring them too much.
Plan for a full day (~8 hours) if this is the first time you're getting under there. I took apart both front setups, adjusted them, and put them back in about 5 hours the first time. Now it's down to 2 1/2 hours after I did it once. The rears are about 2 hours and you don't have to compress them. Follow the <a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/wheel28.shtml">Tech Section article</a>.
There's a certain satisfaction to turning the wrenches yourself and making sure it comes out the way you wanted.
