They appear to use the Mobil One I leave them (they leave the empties in the trunk). When I had a rattle up front they questioned the coilovers right away but ended up taking the time to correct the problem (AC condensor was loose).
Hope this helps. I got the car at MSRP on 12/00 (ordered 6/00). Matt Tupa was the sales guy, good guy. They definately didn't throw anything in ..

and they all had broomsticks up their you know whats. And add to that, they insulted me by telling me that they will ONLY take orders if I lay down 25K cash as a deposit. Yeah, right.
They do this to many, many folks, and they earn interest of the buyers' deposits, which, for a 996TT, is $75K according to them.
Their service, equally, sucks. Lodi was my service manager for the 2000 sedan, and I can't say I had a favorable experience.
Dare I say, I have better personal dealings with Rusnak, even though they crashed my car.

My first visit was this week, for my 32K service
got an A4 loaner from Enterprise
new front pads and rotors (warranty)
and made the appt 3 days in advance
excellent service and NOBODY asked me,
to be nice on the CSI call
Oh, and there really are no "mod-friendly" dealers in LA
but my car is chipped, and they didn't give me any crap about it
