I'm hoping it will be done by the end of June (with luck) - here's a pic of my headers (uncoated)

Dam Jared, your busting out greek words.haha. Without opening a whole debate theres a few reasons why this is done on this application and others.... We don't literally weld the inside at the flanges, doing so makes the mani to ridged by just welding one or the other allows for the medals to move/flex.... The v band on the dps aren't welded on the outside just the inside, I guess we could of did this on the manis, but either the way the same thing, but everything is still purged so the inside is still being penetrated....
