As I was signing the papers for my car today I was talking with one of the salesmen about the S4 and he said that the new S4 was going to have a V8 with 340hp.. If they did this I wonder if PES would design a supercharger.??

what a salesperson had heard from his reps.. I asked if the information was directly from Audi, and the answer was no.. Its from a few of his reps.. Your right, we don't know right now, but it kinda makes sense.. Audi puts special bolts on the ECU to prevent the owner from chipping his car (this is clearly a concern for them, otherwise they wouldn't go through the trouble for just the 2.7T engine).. Next Audi releases information that they will be putting a V8 into the Allroad.. Does that mean they are going to get rid of the 2.7T?? I think so..

Why doesn't Audi use the W8 that's in the catalog? It fits in the Passat.
