Some very rough and very low idle..
I honestly do not know how the car is not shutting off with how low the idle gets. I have seen it drop down to almost the bottom of the rpm range and when the rpms drop low it somehow jumps back up and when it jumps the boost guage also jumps up to 0. Car has a very strong exhaust smell. My check engine light is NOT on. Thanks for your help.

Any codes? Sounds like a massive boost leak or an entire bank misfiring
Please check codes and log blocks 014, 015, 001. Also please pull values from block 032. How does the car run at part and wide-open throttle?

i'd log what i suggested at idle, as well as 003, 115 at WOT
you *could* be getting throttle cut, but your symptoms at idle make me think its probably something else. luckily engines are pretty simple...you need just fuel, air and spark ;-) gotta be one of 'em.
