Some weird boost behavior (more)

What to say to a post like this?
Where are all these people who have had bad experiences?
Waseem, your ego is bruised. I bruised it, and I didn't do it intentionally, nor do I really care after the crap you pull online.

as usual, you're right, but you're also wrong...
you're right... I don't like you.
right again, you don't like me...
yeah, it's a personal issue.
but YOU made it a personal issue, not me.
it has EVERYTHING to do with your company
the only reason i don't like you is because of
the way you attempted to *handle* the situation
after i publicly posted my experience with your
company. yes, i did specifically ask to speak
to YOU the 7 times i called over the year
i was having problems with YOUR product... because
it was obvious your secretary didn't understand
what i was describing, and/or didn't pass the
message on to you.
(I asked for a return call at YOUR convenience EVERY time i called)
this isn't about a bruised ego. call any other retailer/tuner...
Eric @ SPP
Zev @ Avalon
ECS Tuning
Bob @ Strat
Luke @ Tirerack
Rob @ UUC
Stephen @ APR
etc, etc...
all of them will tell you i'm one of the easiest,
if not THE easiest customer to deal with.
you actually have the arrogance to admit that you
refused to give me ideas and call it a bruised
ego? i know you can be an ***, but this really does surprise me.
"We have *competent* people who work here.
You chose to dismiss them (secretary, huh?). "
competant people have the ability to give a customer
ideas on what to check when a problem is described.
in addition, competant people also have the
ability to return a phone call, and pass on messages.
they dismiss themselves... but the responsibility
ultimately falls on your shoulders... therefore,
I only dismiss YOU.

wrong again. oh, and about the people who have had bad experiences...
i recommended that they go to a better company.
I'll get back to you with a list of their
names, addresses, and products as well as the problem...
I'll get back to you, just like you did for me... lol

Ok, you said it:
I talk to the other people in the industry regularly... and trust me, you are *not* regarded in the way you describe yourself. You are well known for sure, though (some would say infamous).
I just didn't play footsie enough with you, and you got offended.
The other guys have more patience with your type than I do.

lol... well, now you said it...
how about backing that up?
i mean, you talk to these people regularly...
so please, do tell...
"I just didn't play footsie enough with you, and you got offended."
i wasn't looking for romance... I was looking for
YOUR company, which i bought about $5,000 worth of aftermarket
parts from within 4 months or so to give me an idea of why only the chip you sold me
would hit 1.5 bar, and come down, and essentially
leave my car barely driveable unless i kept it
above 4500k on the tach.

Hey sport,
Remember when you and Skene came down to the Chestnut Hill shop and bought Euro lights?
Do you remember we let you do the install in the parking lot?
Do you remember we let you borrow tools?
You were cool to be around.
What the hell happened?
