Default I just don't understand why you can't look at the chip.

Let's say you swap the e-prom and the problem still occurrs; at least you tried your best and made your customer happy, right?

Default First, you never asked.

Second, I know that you bought the chip used, and technically we're not the only GIAC dealer out there.

We just seem to be the only one that gets blamed when customers are not happy.

You want to send us the chip for updating or replacing, you can fill out an order form found under the FAQ section of our website. You're responsible for a $20 service fee and all associated shipping costs.

Default After all this, I would rather not even send it to you.

That post above, "You two are made for each other.Have fun." is real professional btw. You really put off a great image for your company! Keep up the great work *sigh*

Default Doc, not true at all!

all you have to do is make a stink about it on
AudiWorld... and he'll be crawling up your...

yeah...

course, trying to call and keep it off the forums
and keep quiet didn't seem to work...
i guess they'd rather have customers bitch and
moan in public instead...

Default I hope everything works out okay. He repeatedly told me I was incorrect if you read...

How would he expect me to ask him to look at it when I am wrong in his eyes? His whole attitude is ridiculous. I love X, I wasn't bashing it. I was just pointing out a minor problem, and then Todd has to tell me I am the one who is wrong without even for a second thinking it may be a problem on GIAC's end. That may be understandable if I was the only person with a problem, but there is at least a handful of us.

Default whatever Todd. your reputation is a main source of your business...

and in time people will figure out that your
customer service fails a lot of people...
you try to make every customer happy? yeah right.

all i *tried* to do was call you and get 5
minutes of time describing the problem to you
and getting some ideas on how i could fix it,
or where it was coming from. all your secretary
told me was that you were busy, and it's something
wrong with my car.

if it was something wrong with my car, why was
a revision necessary for the EXACT problem i
was having? lol...

funny part is, none of the revisions you had said
would fix the problem actually did the job...

and i still don't blame you for that... but i
do blame you for ****ty customer service, and i
felt your employee was simply lying to me, and
was aware that i needed some other ideas of what
to check... yet i got nothing...

well, yeah, i regret sending thousands of dollars
worth of referrals to your company... and i regret
having bought anything from your company.
i won't make the same mistake again... and
i tell many others not to buy from your company
either...
customer service is more important to me than price.

what really made me laugh was when a friend of
mine told me that you said I blamed your company
for my blown turbos... in fact, i was laughing
so hard i almost fell...

fact is, i was defending your company to people
who were saying the product you sold me, as
well as your unwillingness to help is what blew
my turbos... and to think i actually tried to
talk people out of that line of thinking...
i shouldn't have wasted my breath.
