Or should I call you seekNdestroy.
You've proven yourself to be hooked on instigating, so please do not make judgements on how we would have *liked* to have had anything handled with you.

You don't like me, and I don't like you.
It is a personal issue.
Nothing to do with my company.
There are no secretaries here, just sales associates, managers, technicians, laborers, and engineers.
You were offended that I personally did not make time for you. I'm not going to apologize for that, as the far majority of people who come through this door I do not have time to speak to.
We have *competent* people who work here.
You chose to dismiss them (secretary, huh?).
This is a simple case of a bruised ego, and it's not mine.

Maybe not every single person *deserves* good customer service?
The customer is *not* always right.
Our rep pretty much backs that up.

Thanks for telling me I don't deserve good customer service as well. Could you be any nicer? Tell me how you really feel!

Todd,
I've never bought anything from you and I don't give a half a crap about anything that you sell, but I am in a service business and if I said that, I stand to lose at least a million in revenue, rep or no rep.
Hey, if you can afford that, more power to you, but I certainly can't.
Pick your battles, chief.

*cough*
but we have hands on experience with the GIAC software day in and day out between installs, dyno runs, daily driving, etc.
But *you* are dismissing that experience very readily.
Looks like your handful of people are not actually having the same issues you assume they are, but you're stuck on the chip as the root cause.
We're a little more scientific about it.
Have a great weekend.

So object is, fix the problem wherever it may reside.
I agree that if a bunch of people have the same problem, it's a real problem. But in Todd's defense, he hears a lot of "some guy I know" or "I heard that this guy". So asking for logs or data is not a bad thing.
But to blame a cause right away, or defend a cause right away, especially with a bunch of tech-people on here that know their cars well, is wrong.
Can't we all just get along?![Smile](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

A quick search of any internet forum shows that that treatment is uniformally professional, courteous and competent.
However, none of us here suffers fools lightly.

And I have been experiencing this for months, not just posting it right when it happens. I checked my car first, that is why I know it isn't my car. And then to hear people with the same problem and Troy getting a new chip that got rid of the same problem I have shows me even more that it may be the chip. I was all for AWE until this conversationg began. I was even willing to show logs, I had no problem with that at all.
