Default Spark plugs performance?

I got a 2002 s4 and am eventually chipping nd tuning it I was wondering what spark plugs do most of you guys run for performance and what are the best for boost thanks

NGK brk7eix (iridium) plugs gapped at .028 here. Tuned cars benefit from a plug one heat range colder than stock and a slightly decreased gap (the plugs I listed are specced with this in mind). Some people prefer copper plugs as they tend to conduct better, and the larger electrode absorbs more heat, but they should be replaced or at least re-gapped every 5-10k miles. They also have the benefit of being cheaper.

Alright thanks the guy at my local auto zone suggested ngk double platinum plugs not really sure how good they are has anyone ever used them
