splash guard/sound deadener: which should i buy?

splash guard/sound deadener: which should i buy?
right after i bought the car AA, on my way home the splash guard ripped off and i dragged it down the highway at high speed.
so i need a new one. i'm about to call AoA and try to get that and my alignment covered.
if they won't, or even if they will. which should i get?
there appear to be at least three:
reinforced (thicker plastic i believe): 8D0 863 821 P/AC
stock (s4?): 8D0 863 821 N
sound insulated?: 8D0 863 821 Q
not sure why i'd want to insulate the road from my engine noise, while adding weight.
opinions? anyone really like the reinforced one?
