Default I was set to buy onyx, bought alcantara instead and I love it

Let's face it, the sport package is really the ONLY thing (besides engine, of course) that makes the S4 different from a sea of A4s. I could have gotten an S4 with Onyx for about $1000 less than my silver with alcantara. It was worth it. Of course, the only concern is that it might scare off potential buyers for resale. Of course, it might close the deal on a resale with someone with an open mind.

I do like your blue alcantara interior. I like the color combo you have also. I can buy a Santroin with Black leather, but I want alcantara

Pretty much all of us "bluesies" love our interiors.

Default Had both -

silver leather on my old nogaro tip sedan and silver alcantara on my (current) silver 6spd avant. I've never been a fan of black on black, so I think this is your real choice...

The full leather is classy and refined but ultimately uninspiring, and the birdseye maple is so grey it almost doesn't look like real wood. When I first looked at the sport pckg I thought it was over the top, but the drive home from the dealer cured that. The alcantara has a great feel, and the black/silver combo interior looks awesome IMO with silver exterior. And I can't stop grinning whenever I look at the aluminum mirrors...:&gt
