those are the only differences which are blatantly to the most casual observer
However, there are a few other things (suspension, side skirts, front bumper, rear bumper, tranny, clutch (I assume), unique colors (nogaro, imola), etc.) that set the 2 apart.
To be the most different from the A4 stock, you gotta get Imola w/ Silver alcantara, or Nogaro w/ Blue Alcantara. And a 6 speed of course.
Alcantara is awesome though.... I almost got an Alcantara couch, but the store went out of business (sign of the times in Silicon Valley).

hah! Say what you will! Your blue-alcantara-nogaro-brethren are unaffected by your slander!
Cheesy is what I call the Imola w/ Silver Alcantara.... I may have got Imola if it had imola or black colored alcantara.... Though on 2nd thought, imola alcantara might have been a little over the top!
