I have Stasis (koni) motorsports that I am sending out to be rebuilt. I have 700/800 springs right now and I was thinking of moving up to 800/1000. Anyone out there track their S4 with those springs? Stiffer springs? suggestions?

why are you having to get them rebuilt? let me guess; the koni dampers are leaking?
also how long have you been using them?

I bought them used two years ago. They had been rebuilt about two years prior to that. They've had a lot of hard track use since I've had them. So while my engine is out, I figured it was time... But I haven't had any problems. They've been amazing. I am moving from 700/800's to 800/1000's though.

Konis have lifetime warranty. Are they not covered because you are the second owner?

I was running 500/600 springs with my track sports, but I found my front outside suspension bottomed out under hard autocross cornering. Now I am running 700/800 springs and I don't have that problem anymore.

I am the second owner of the setup. I am going for 800/1000 springs. My 700/800 springs are now in the classifieds. performace > comfort (at least in my case) :-P
