Default Squeaking Brakes

Hey guys,
Ok this past saturday i was driving on the 405 when some ******* cut me off big time, so in order not 2 hit him and the huge line of cars infront of him i had to go from 80-0...by stomping on my brand new brakes. Lone and behold i ended up not hitting him but he hit the car infront of me ,and the car infront of that. Now my brakes are extremly loud when stopping, is it possible that i damaged my brakes? Any solutions to this problem..ty in advance guys.

sound like they are glazed from over heating from your neccessary braking.

Default did you let off the pedal right after that hard braking?

if you kept the brake on after heating them up then you could have abnormal pad deposits on there. Try scuffing the rotors with some 120 or 240 sandpaper.

Don't bake your brakes or else you might break your brakes.

took this pic just after pad exchange from stock to project mu HC plus. You can view the shape of stock pad mark on the brake disk like BMW kidney grille.
A mechanic explained me that they will disappear soon while using...

Those are stock RS4 calipers? All along I had thought they had something similar to the RS6 caliper.

Default Yes. Two-pod caliper on stock B5RS4. Many owners in UK say it poor.

<center><img src="http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y298/nogarohiro/051029leftrearpad.jpg"></center><p>and this pic shows left rear stock caliper and disk. The pad is not stock. I have not experienced BBK.
