Default in Vancouver, Canada.. local shop is Blitzkreig, closest US one is Matrix which has great experience

with stage-3 and I was thinking of them maybe... but wanted to get a sense of what I should be looking for to get the smoothest, most drivable setup out of Stage-3.

Default no,I don't have DP/Cat-back, as that was my last option. Do u mean to use GIAC stage-3 SW with K03?!

To put my question simply is:

- What are the MOST critical parts to upgrade to, when going Stage-3, if one is concerned about drivability, smoothness, and reliability vs. Horsepower?

Although budget is limited, however, if I know adding this $x00 part(s) would help drivability and/or reliability I'd spend the money.

Default APR with K04's have been great for 10K. Better mileage than stock if...

you keep your foot out of it. Who can do that!! The only thing I have done is piggies. Next is a catback and IC's. Zero problems. Great power. I can put it in stock mode and not worry about my wife or 16 year old driving it occasionally. WMS did my install, and they took great care of me.

Default no no, Stage 3- requires K04s.

Start with piggies and a cat-back exhaust... will cost you < $1k and give you some decent power.

Once you go beyond that, even to 3-, you'll need to start thinking about clutch, intercoolers, etc.

You want dps/piggies + catback w/ K04s anyhow.

Everything else is stuff you should have addressed when chipping anyhow... TBB, DVs, vac lines, boost gauge (for monitoring purposes, obviously), etc.

Default stg 3 and you want gas milage ? then you are better of stock, with stg 3

you will want to drive it hard. I drive mine prett hard about 45% of the time. for 3- ASP or EPL IMO
