Default stage 3 spark plugs? oem or bkr7e? epl

tune. they show bkr7e on their website with their stage 3 kit but ive always heard oem is best. I had problems with my denso iridiums and misfires, dont want to make that mistake again

The copper plugs give a better spark than the platium and iridium plugs. They just don't last very long in our engines. I've read that some people change them at every oil change. But they are also only a couple bucks a plug.

Just a quick question guys.
Do you have a brand and/or model of those cup spark plugs?
I really don't mind to change them very sooner.
