Stage 3 upgrade - How long to DIY?

Those of you who are stage 3 and did the labor yourselves: What was your experience with the labor time? Any tips for me when I tackle this beast?
Car is a 2000 with asp trudual, piggies, upgraded SMICs, Bailey DV's and open intake with s-flo filter - currently running APR 93 octane program with 109 k miles on the car.
I'm also planning to put in RS4 engine mounts, snub mounts, the APR bi-pipe, all new hoses (samco probably), and the intake header spacers while I have the engine out - should I skip any of these upgrades? Do I need to add any to the list?
