Stage 3er's piggie pipes or dps?

Mods like:
Bigger Exhaust Manifolds
Port/Polish on Intake/Heads
Bigger Turbos such as K04/RS6, K04/K24, GT25, etc.
So basically, straight K04, I wouldn't invest in downpipes. If you plan a standard Stage 3, I would opt for Piggie Pipes.
For higher HP application (let's say 400whp+), then downpipes might be a good alternative.
