For Stage III with KO4's, will it be worth going with coated or port and polish exhaust manifolds?

Default For Stage III with KO4's, will it be worth going with coated or port and polish exhaust manifolds?

STFA and didn't find much for or against them. For a plain jane K04'ed Stage III car will it be worth the cost to go with ceramic coated or ceramic coated and port/polished exhausted manifolds (i.e. Vast's) or are stocks good enough? Is there anything to back-up the port and polished manifolds provided better performance?

p/p isnt worth it IMO if you dont have p/p'd heads or turbos...ceramic coating i like.

Default Supposedly it helps a little with the turbo lag. Jacob was going to run some tests. He did post his

opinion on this awhile ago. When I did mine it was done with everything at the same time so I don't have any comparison info to add.

Default Havent got that far but i think its the same thing as any other car that run headers more air out..

the better.
