Default I am curious....did you ACTUALLY READ MY POST?

I actually agree with you..I do let my car warm up a bit but only 30-45 seconds before moving off. I also NEVER drive sportingly until the oil temp guage becomes active.

Default exactly, it will cause the plugs to foul if you don't idle it.

no biggee if you do it once in a while but if you are often doing it it's good to idle it a litte. I don't and haven't had a problem yet, plus i always make sure to burn off any carbon - ie. redline the car - next time i drive

Default well actually I have better things to do with my time than run out and

buy a camera to take a picture to validate my existance to an unknown individual on the web. I must have a warped sense of values. "when im right im right" I love that one may I borrow it?

Default Yes I did...and to quote you...

"I believe it helps stabilize temps and let the turbo slow down"

We've already been over this, hence my post of "Here we go again"...I have no interest in arguing about this again. I didn't find anything wrong with the rest of the post, although I don't feel any warm up is neccessary before acutally moving the car.

Did you tell them that you don't know how a turbo works, I think that will give them a good laugh.
