I have H&R Street c/o's. I like the ride, but I'd like to get rid of the roll, dive and squat.
I've read great things about stasis, and I know some who have rates like 700/800.
Whta would be a good rate, for the street, no track days. I would like to try the 500/600, and I'll be calling the guys at Stasis as well.
Thanks,

i have 600/700 sport valving and i like it a lot. some people ride in my car and think i'm insane. others ride in my car and love the firm feel. what's right for you is a function of what you're looking for and the typical roads that you travel on. you can make fairly objective comparisons with the latter criteria but the former is definitely subjective and can only be accurately defined by you yourself.

for the street i think it's just about as high as you want to go. if i did more track time i might go higher.
why is 800 the limit that i would do on the street in the back? 'cause the rear end of the car is already < 1,600 lbs so your getting very little preload on the springs. while on a relatively smooth race track, this might not be an issue, IMO, this can contribute to porposing on bumps/dips because it takes much of the dampers out of play. with the 800's, i get a little better ride on the street with some stuff in the trunk or a passenger in back, where greater static spring compression gives the suspension room to move both up and down.
if i did more track time i might go higher. maybe i need to carry weights in the trunk for the street and just take them out on the track . . .
that said, i think you should take a ride in a car equiped with Stasis, if you can. jonah says "dive, squat, and roll are practically gone", but like rishi says, everyone's sensitivities are different. i think with my 650/800 springs dive, squat, and roll are greatly reduced (and better than other c/o setups i've tried), but still apparent and not close to "practically gone."
don't get me wrong. i love my stasis suspension and think it's worth it, and may be upgrading shortly. the dampers make stiffer springs feel plusher than an H&R Ultra setup with better roll control. just don't go in with unrealistic expectations which could set you up for disappointment.
i do i recommend stasis to those that ask? yes. do others (including prof. race drivers) say my car corners great on and off the track? yes. can it scare passengers with wicked fast turning that is nowhere close to the limits? yes. could it be reduced further? yes. but like i said, not for me.
oh, and after all that, i'll recommend 600/700!!
