honestly i would buy the stasis tracksports. they are more money, but a much better product.
im not a suspension expert though so i cant give you a difinitive answer regarding those 2. all i know is i wanted a stiffer rear than the front, thats why i got the ultras.
you wont go wrong with either product though.

The Stasis Street (KONI Coilovers) are a street kit. Originally designed for the A4 V6, they're a soft comfortable suspension. They aren't by any means a high rate setup worthy for much track time, unless you're just out to have some fun. It'll perform much like stock, feel a little more firm, and provide all around general comfort. If you're just an average joe, looking to lower the car, improve handling, and just make the car look and feel how it should've from the factory, this kit is for you. Consider the KONI coilovers, they're virtually identical to the Stasis kit, and available for much less. This kit features height adjustability along with damping adjustability. The front shocks must be removed to make damping adjustments. The rear shocks can be adjusted on car after some slight modifications to the upper shock housing (read optional).
The Vogtland coilover kit on the other hand is a firm kit. Similar in feel to the H&R Ultra coilovers, but without the massive lowering, or the harshness. They use a twin tube designed shock, with spring rates of 670/630. It's worthy on the track for even a seasoned enthusiast, yet comfortable enough for an agressive daily driver.
Now, for those that are attempting to describe the springs as linear or progressive, both kits feature springs that are not 100% linear. This is a byproduct of using the stock upper spring perches. However, throughout the majority of the working range, or ride height, almost all lowering springs will exhibit a linear rate.
I could go on about spring rates being linear or progressive, and of course all bets are off when you slam the car and ride on the bumpstops, as then you'll introduce yet another rate. But so long as you stay within the recommended range of adjustment, both kits will exhibit linear spring rates.
Hope the helps, again, check out our specials on KONI, check my sig.

Vogtlands been on for 3 months now, and nothing but smiles. I would recommend rear bar for track use, but for street they are perfect out of the box.
I am looking forward to upcoming Vogtland - PSS9 comparison. (Maybe this Sunday.)<ul><li><a href="http://www.startupracing.com/B5ProductsSuspension.htm">Vogtlands can be bough here.</a></li></ul>
