Default What about KW V1? =P

As for the H&R vs Koni, what I've read in the forums is that the H&R can be too bouncy and the Koni's too abrupt. H&R's have failed and Koni's are less expensive.

So I'm guessing the Koni's are tuned a little stiffer than the H&R. I've only ridden in the H&R with a rear bar and it felt nice, much better than stock for both ride and roll in my opinion plus you have the option to pickup the H&R Avant setup with a slightly stiffer rear 450/475.

Best of luck with your purchase. Post how you like it.

Default Re: application? where do you live? how're the streets. do you track the car?

Everyday car, San Francisco Area, old streets, always construction going on, and I don't track the car. Not yet, that is.

I was thinking of trying the Avant H&R setup. Anyone try it?

Default I'm going to go with the H&R streets...

I've gone round & round just like you and considered different set-ups. The stasis CO's seem to have a great rep on AW, but IIRC can only be adjusted off the car. I live in NW PA and run a winter tire package (16 inch) from Nov-April/May and will be putting on 18 inch wheels come spring. I like the fact that the H&R's can be adjusted with out removing them from the car. I will definately raise the car during the winter & lower it with the summer package. My car is also a daily driver, but I plan on taking it to Mid-Ohio & Beaverun this summer for some Audi Club events. H&R seems to be the right choice for me.

Default Quite a few actually but can't remember who specifically. Try Searching the archives

I lean towards this setup somedays. I also like the MotoPersona Custom H&R 500/625 setup for $1500.

I'm hoping I can try some suspensions out while at the driving schools this summer (i.e. get a ride). I'll be doing at least 4 I think so hopefully next year I can provide more input on these question.

I've never heard of a C/O that required you to take them off for height adjustment. Is this true?

Default The stasis web site states that "suspension disassembly required for adjustment" for the

Street sports. I don't think it's that easy to do the H&R's, but the less I have to do, the better. I probably couldn't put it back on once I got the Stasis setup off :-) I could be wrong about the CO's. I'll be the first to admit I don't know squat about suspensions!

I think they meant for dampening.
