Default Is the stasis tracksport rear brake rotor really worth the money?

Tracksport Rotors cost about 700 w/o brake lines and such. S8 rotors cost around 500. DBA slotted rear rotors cost 285 for the pair. I am I really going to miss out on something going with the DBA rear Rotors? The DBA's at 1/2 the price of the others are hard to beat. Any one have any experience with them? I have stoptechs on the fronts and want to replace the rear rotors with something to complement them.

Have you noticed that you're burning through front pads at the track?

Have not had a chance to track them yet. Why do you ask?

this would likely signify that your rear brakes could use an upgrade.

Default I hope I'm not just talking out of my *** here, but the larger rear rotors (along with a more

aggressive pad) should allow the rear brakes to do more work. Do you need new rear brakes, or are you just looking to mod the rears? If it's the later, save your money for now, try the stock rears on the track and then upgrade later on. To answer your inital question though, I've seen the Stasis rear upgrade, and it is nice, I'd say it is definitely worth the money if you feel you need it.

Default I actually need to replace rear pads and rotors, thought I might as well upgrade them. I just wonde

how the DBAS compare to stasis being that there is such a great cost difference.

Personally, I'd go with the Stasis kit if I were replacing parts, even if it is twice as much.

Default Brake bias has to be accounted for when changing the rears.

Caliper size and proportioning are key so that braking performance does not end up WORSE than stock (or stock rear/BBK up front).
