Default Stasus Street Sport Suspension - What height is everyone running? Any effect on performance?

I'm running a little higher than 25.5 and I am wondering if the height that I have it at effects performance negatively. Not that I'm having problems with the suspension, but I heard from someone that the height can greatly effect the performance if it means you are near the very top of the height settings. I'm wondering if going lower would change anything.

I was at something like 24.80"-75F and 25.5"R when I first installed the Streets (OEM wheels and Dunlops SP9k 225/45/17). I now got Volks LE 37T's and Toyo T1s 225/40/18 and last time I measured was at 25"F even and 26"R (for some reason the Toyo's sidewall seems taller than other tires). Performance wise I like the set up and handling improved a lot, although I have rubbing issues in front (don't know why since I'm running stock tire width and no spacers). I'm rolling the fenders since I like the way it looks at 25"F. I'm also lowering to 25.5"R. Camber is at -1.6/1.8F which is not too bad (that's what I was told).

Default Have any pics? I am still dinking with heights on mine...

tire wear in the fronts is awesome on the 25.25" setting currently so I really don't want to drop the front. The rears are the same and somehow look a little low still. So, I either need to drop the front a turn/two(don't want to change) or raise the rear a little. It is ballanced as-is handling-wise, still looks a little tweaked occasionally. TIA.

Yes...after changing wheel/tire set up it whent a bit higher(still, lower than most people here in front) and it feels and drives better. I believe most people are around 25.25" at all corners, I just prefer a bit lower in front for looks...

Default Do you have to disassemble the suspension to change height?

Or can you just do it with wheels off?

Just remove wheels on Stasis and H&R kits.

Default Check Stasis website for height recommendations.

Camber is height dependent and not adjustable during alignment (unless you've installed adjustable control arms). IIRC, ~25.5 gives an aggressive street camber. I'm a teeny bit lower but will actually bump up to that setting when I get around to it.

Go lower and you'll decrease tire life and hit more **** with the bottom of your car.
