Default Steering Vibration

When im on the highway doing a comfortable 80mph I get this terrible vibration in the steering wheel.

Recent work:
Bilstein HD Shocks on all 4 corners
New Upper Control arms..Driver side and Passenger side front
New Aftermarket Passenger side Drive Axle
Wheels are true, balanced

Any ideas?

If your control arm bushings had been bad for a long time,
they may have caused some damage in the steering column.

How did it drive at that speed before the control arms were replaced?
