B1S1- internal resistance too high
B2S1- opoen circuit
B2S1- no activity
B2S2- open circuit
B2S2- internal resistance too high.
and of course an EGT implausible signal?

You need functioning primary (B1S1 and B2S1) O2 sensors and EGT sensors for your car to run properly. These are a MUST.
You need functioning secondary O2 sensors (B2S2 and B1S2) to pass emissions. The ECU calculates the difference between the readings at your primary and secondary sensor to determine if your cats are working effectively.
Sounds like you should just buy a full set of 4 Zoldmans from Vast and replace the faulty EGT sensor. These things are cheap, but you can't skimp on this stuff. You can try resetting the codes, but more than likely they'll come back.
