Still have questions prior to Subwoofer install...
The bazooka tube that I have suggests using high level inputs, and to tap into the rear speakers. Where is the bose amp? I would like to tap in prior to the amp.

WAIT!!! I tried using line level inputs and got terrible alternator noise. then I took the amplified
signal from the wires going to the speakers and no more noise. Of course, your amp has to accept speaker level inputs.

here
amp is behind carpet right forward of the cd changer cubby. You must unscrew the rear trim of the trunk where the latch goes. then loosen the nut right behind the taillight and then yank the carpet on the siide of the trunk out. It is clipped in. use the pinnout from the tech section to use the rear deck outputs for your sub
