Default Gotchya. Same reasoning behind homebrew going higher than the 17-18psi that...

the K03 (GIAC) chip requests, right? TCD set at only 1bar keeps the system working for more boost.

What would be the difference in running an MBC only vs parallel in this setup that hes trying to do?

Default Taking out the n75 from a stock ecu is a no no...

From what I understand it will throw a check engine light. SO you just run a mbc in parallel.

Default Are you sure? A CEL will be thrown if you disconnect it electronically but if you leave it...

electronically plugged in and just remove it from the boost loop just like other setups maybe that would work.

ok that makes sense, but you still need to run one to the charcoal can I think?

Default SwankS4 is right. Leave it electrically connected & there's no issue running MBC only

Though as lemieux was saying, the stock software may be less tolerant to +/- boost deviations. Not sure about that, though.

Default Don't touch those solenoids & check valves. The activated charcoal loop is VERY important

both for emissions (yes, I hug trees on occasion) and for idle/part throttle. Did you know that fuel vapors from the fuel tank that are stored in the activated charcoal can actually make up almost 50% of the fuel delivered to the engine when the system is activated?

Default This is "homebrew", no? But yeah, when you leave the N75 in parallel and run a TCD & MBC

that's what happens.
