Default (stock not apr) bi pipe is hittin clutch fan, already destroyed one fan....
replaced it, and its happenin again...the bolt part that bolts up2 the tiing cover is broken...not sure what to do...already tightened TBB and ic hose

Default loosen the clamps going to the pipe and try to position it in a way that won't hit the fan....
then tighten the clamps. If you still can't get it then just buy a new bipipe.

Default tighten the bottom of the three bolts on the bipipe that attach it to the intake manifold
should take an extension....

meant connect to TB, not intake manifold, had the same prob with apr though
