Stock wheel offset and tire size questions (more)

Can any S4 owner confirm that the stock Avus wheel is a 17 x 7 1/2 X 45 mm offset?

Anyone managed to install 245/40 17 ? If so what wheel did you use? And at what offset? Thanks!
