Description from the webpage....with my opinions added...
Superior fabric. Forget about the EvolutionTM or NOAHTM series and rip-offs of that type.(I WOULD NOT DESCRIBE THE MATERIAL AS FABRIC BUT VINYL OR PLASTIC)
We utilize a Gore-like synthetic on the outer surface, a padded synthetic in the middle layer(I CAN FEEL NO PADDING-PAPER THIN MATERIAL), and then the cover is lined with a natural cotton on the surface that touches your S4(IF THERE IS COTTON IT MUST BE 1/1000TH OF AN INCH THICK)
The cover I got does not appear to be the one shown in the 2 photos on the website. If you look closely I see creases like you would see from a soft fabric type material..not on the vinyl/plastic rubber thing they shipped me.

Did you try contacting Strat yet to see if perhaps you *were* shipped a different product?
Would hate to think you're disparaging them without knowing if what you got is what you thought you were getting.

Dunno ... maybe if you *called them first* you'd have more info. Perhaps they drop ship ...
... the cover from a supplier, who sent you the wrong product. Or maybe the product has been modified by the manufacturer and Strat's not aware of the changes.
Not saying what you got isn't what they're offering on the site, or that you received the product they have listed and it's not as described (or embellished) ... I just think it better to contact them first.
