sears - "easy out" i think it's called.
or if you can put the dremmel (small drill) on them , make a slot so you can use a flat head .. or a cross for a phillips ..get creative yo

i just got successful ecux communication
apparently when i went to the giac flashloader awe swapped me from a tbox to an mbox which was throwing me off for a bit.
now to figure out how to massage these template files for pretty forum postings.
