Default This Sucks...

I was/am installing my Bi-Pipe (finally) and of course a stripped bolt comes up. Its on the throttle body lower left side. Uses a 5mm allen head socket. Any suggestions as to how to get it out? I tryed drilling and wedge in it so I could just get it out with a screw driver. Thing just won't move. PLEASE HELP!!

Can you cut a slot in it and use a flat screwdriver?

use a penetrating oil. Spray some of it into the thread. Use a dremel to cut a slot into the remaining bolt. Wait for at least an hour. Unscrew rest of bolt.

Default Spray it with PB Blaster, and go to sears and pick up an

EZ out socket set. It's designed to remove stripped bolts. It will be able to grab the bolt. Don't apply too much torque though...or you'll sheer the head off. Let the PB blaster work overnight if you have to. It should loosen it up enough to remove it.
