Default Suggstion for an adjustable shocks with H&R Sport spring

Thinking of Bilstein, but they don't come in adjustbale, and I heard the grooved ones are a pain in the *** to adjust the height. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

ECS has a threaded thingee for the Bilsteins. Looks high quality.

Default Adjustable height or damping?

Only Koni offers an adjustable damping shock.
Bilstein and Sachs offer shocks with adjustable perches.

Neither shock quite honestly is a great match with the H&R sport springs. Bilsteins are a bit harsh and floaty on the highway. Koni's are more comfortable, but still a bit floaty with the H&R's.

We've had much better results with the Vogtland/Koni combination.

Default Having had two different Konis, and Boges, and Ohlins...avoid Konis...

unless you are too inexperienced to feel their harshness or spend majority of time on smooth pavement.
