Sunroof/roof panel rattle above/behind driver's head -- anyone have a solution?
My sunroof started rattling (it sounds like either the whole sunroof panel, or a portion of a roof panel or some other panel as a whole is rattling) a month or so ago. It won't rattle when the roof is open (even partially), but will rattle when closed or when popped up. It also seems to mostly do it when the temperature is in the 70's (and maybe higher, but we're just starting to crack into the 80's in the afternoons here).

YES! I went to dealer, but my problem was the opposite...
mine would rattle when the roof was open, but not when it was closed.
In any event, they found a loose rod in the roof. The billed AoA 5.6 hours for the warranty repair.

Notice, I said the dealer billed for 5.6 hours. Same dealer who couldn't find my windshield fluid
leak 3 times.
I would imagine that it is a PITA, though, since you have to take out the headliner and all that.
