We have already made almost 600 with these...
If you guys want a kit it can be done. Just that the economy of scale is likely very poor. So a fewer amount of customers will have to absorb R&D.
It looks likely that good running Stage 3 software will work.
IMO you will likely need a larger than RS4 maf to properly measure airflow.

Untill two cars can be run at the same dyno under the same conditions there is no way to compare.

And besides, taking internals from one turbo and housings from another truly isn't a new idea. Now are they using the exact parts that you are? Who knows?
