Default Supertech exhaust valves, to 1mm oversize or not to oversize?

I'm going to be getting a valve job on my 2.8 heads and will be using the stock intake valves with supertech inconel exhaust valves. Since I'm getting a valve job I'm sure it won't cost any more to use oversize valves, but assuming my seats are fine would I want to run oversize exhaust valves (I know that would be more beneficial on the intakes, but I'm using the stock valves so...)? Also, do I want the 1 groove or 3 groove valves?

I have no idea but I plan on installing supertech inconel exhaust valves of stock dimensions, and have the valve seats ground.
