Default Surging & bucking at part throttle in vacuum & richening at idle. I STFA & found >

a guy from the TT Forum with a bad N112 valve - ugh. I think it's a vacuum leak or bad valve somewhere.

The bad:
Only occurs in vacuum.
The fuel trims at idle will richen at stops.
The fuel trims at part throttle go lean and bounce back to rich.
Bucking and surges and very noticeable in 1st nad 2nd, 3rd a little and 4th goes away but it is still there. Boost bounces as well as AFR. More noticeable b/c of the engine load in lower gears.

The good:
The MAF is reading full air flow at WOT.
Boost spike and taper is perfect at WOT.
Problem goes away in boost (from what I can tell).
Misfires only when it is very rich at idle (1 or 2 at a stop).
No part throttle misfires.

My plus are only 10k old but running rich in my testing my have upset them. I'd be getting misfires like crazy though, hmmmm.

I did have a problem with my AC spewing hot air but then it went back to cool hours later. I've also thrown a 18010 - Power Supply terminal 30 voltage too low but I think it was only when the car almost chugged to a stall.

Thoughts? TIA!!!!

~-8.8 psi IIRC. I will bounce between -8.2 to - 9.2 IIRC w/o air on.

No, the vac' side. Should be around 20-22in/hg. If not, very possible you have a leak.

Can I log that in VAG-COM or ECUx?

Default Do a few good pulls 2nd-3rd to redline. Log blocks 032,114,115. Post

the results here..

That's what I would do.

Do you see that he has a efu listed in his sig? It reads vac in psi instead of in/hg.

home brew has the tcd so the 115 might not be very usefull in boost .
