Suspension set. Is there a diference between the S4 american and EUR suspension
I am thinking in upgrading my s4 with Bilsten Shocks, H&R springs and coiovers. But my car is the German version. Is there a problem?

I believe the Euro models may have had different springs/shocks, but since you are replacing them...
it shouldn't matter. You should be fine with any S4 specific suspension.
Bilstein's International site shows the same shock P/N as AWE Tuning's does for the US Spec S4s.
