Default for the suspension alone? then i suggest you look into the following (long)

these are short takes (i am way too tired to type it all out. sorry). email me for more specific questions, if applicable.

before that and more importantly is a link at bottom to S4MadMan's extensive suspension comparison writeup. he is the man to ask for extensive suspension experience.

1. H&R streets- many say these are too soft. i have ridden in car with them in only and another with them and a neuspeed 19mm sway bar on both soft and hard. good setup. adequate for what you are looking for.

one downside is that they are height adjustable only. that actually can be a good thing in the sense you will not be fiddling with suspension all the time

2. H&R ultras- a bit harsher than the streets. you can lower more (ideal range of lowering is more and, i believe, a bit broader). i have ridden in car with these w/o sway and significantly less body roll than streets. not too harsh.

3. stasis streets- good price, some adjustability. most are happy with it. i have heard/read so many times that they are the best bang for the buck

4. bilstein PSS9s- i went with these. dampening is adjustable using dial. i do not have to take suspension off to do so. the double springs in the front is just cool :P

in all seriousness, i will not say they are any better just b/c i have them. the ride at setting 9 is much stiffer than stock but not jarring. body roll is signifcantly reduced.

i have not ridden in the car without the H-sport antisway bars, so i can't say how much of a diff that will make.

other suspensions to consider:
FK konigsports
FK highsports
KW V1
KW V2
KW V3
vortrag coilovers

i can only comment minimally on the above.

hth

take care.

S4MadMan's suspension analysis post on AW

Default StaSiS Street Sports sound like a better fit than TSport for you. If you want TSport buy them...

from Scrambleboost. I recently purchased RS4 IC from him and they were like new (see my pic-poster). He takes care of his equipment so you should definitely give him a call if you are interested in the Track Sport.

H&R Streets would be a good solution for you.
