Swapped O2s and still getting these codes. Are they life threatening?
I swapped the rear 02s and I still keep getting these codes after having piggies done. I noticed I have a few small holes in the welds around the 02 bungs, could this have anything to do with the codes?

try to get the welds cleaned up...
I had similar O2 sensor issues recently. I would first try to eliminate the holes in the welds if possible. I know I read that someone here had an issue with holes in the welds causing those first 2 codes. If that doesn't work, change out the secondary sensors. As I understand, the secondary sensors will not effect performance but will just annoy you with the glowing amber light of doom...but you might verify that with some of the smarter folks around here though to be certain. Best of luck.

you can meter the lines from the passenger side... I don't know if it's across the board, but...
mine are brown and green and I think it's green on the passenger side...
That probably won't help because I'm not sure about it...
As far as "is it really bad?"
It isn't good... because the car is compensating for the outputs, you want to get it diag'd and see what it says...

I was under the impression that...
the secondary O2 sensors were basically for emissions. I thought that all the compensation from the ECU is done from the primary sensor readings (B1 S1 and B2 S1). Is that incorrect?
Green is the passenger side (Bank 1) sensor.
