Cold weather may be a factor as well but they go to gear with so much resistance that it can't be just a fluid issue. Any deep thoughts about it ??

So I'm guessing I should be in the clear. My dealer actually had chips done to some cars as a promo type thing through an Apr distributer . . =)

speed gear, clutch gear, and through-out bearing. If you feel a difference between shifting into 1st/2nd than what you feel in 3rd/4th...then your syncs are shot. Mine needed 14 days to fix and is still in the shop b/c they screwed the re-assembly...needless to say,
Good luck!

honour the warranty... i also have stasis track c/o and am getting most suspension links replaced under warranty... it all depends on your relationship with the dealer and the dealership itself...
