Default Tanoga shifter update: Replaced the lower part with the (m)

updated, canted version and now shifts flawlessly.

I have a 2/01 build S4 and the original Tanoga shifter I got from White Racing was supposedly updated for this model. However, it never shifted straight from 3 to 4 or 5 to 6. The path was slightly right-to-left.

For those who purchased the first batch of Tanoga shifters redesigned for the >1/01 built S4s, replacing the lower part with the canted version will make all the difference. This is a great shifter.

Assuming you got the shifter from Strat. Did you also get the canted repl part from them?
